Most of the time, we Filipinos are late when it comes to wearing the standard business attire. Globalization is the issue here; we need to cope with it. It's called power dressing.Today, you need to keep your bold ties and wear the new ones. It's called the narrow ties. Loose long sleeves and straight cut pants, as what we call them is no longer in. For women, they call it skinny; for men, it's called slim fit. Spread collars are still fine. Flat toe shoes are now dead. Either a pointed or a semi pointed shoes would be ok.
If you don't practice wearing the standard attire, it will also show that you have a low business standard. Remember, first impression counts a lot.
